Scope and acceptance
These terms govern use of SaaSolution Drive provided by SaaSolutions SL. By creating an account, connecting storage or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you use the app for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
Preview and Edge beta status
SaaSolution Drive is currently presented as a product preview. The Drive Edge offer is a controlled 30-day technical beta for supported applicants, with no payment method, automatic charge, uptime commitment or recovery SLA. Participants must use test data or maintain an independently verified backup, a named technical operator and appropriately scoped storage credentials. Beta access and credentials may end after the cohort, but SaaSolution will not automatically delete local customer files. Features, supported platforms, storage integrations, plans and availability may change before public release.
Accounts and connected storage
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your devices and accounts, and maintaining authority to connect any storage provider. Your relationship with a third-party storage provider remains subject to that provider’s terms, limits, charges and availability.
Your content and backups
You retain ownership of your content and grant only the limited permissions needed to process it for features you request. You must have the right to store and transfer the content. Backups can fail because of permissions, connectivity, provider limits, device restrictions or software faults. Keep independent copies and test restores regularly.
Licence
Subject to these terms, SaaSolutions SL grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app for its intended purpose. The app, brand, design and software remain the intellectual property of SaaSolutions SL and its licensors.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, interfere with security, access systems without permission, abuse service capacity, reverse engineer where prohibited, or store content that you are not authorised to control. Mandatory legal rights to interoperability are unaffected.
Plans, billing and advertising
Final plan features, prices, renewal terms and cancellation rights will be shown before purchase. Store purchases are also governed by the relevant app store’s billing rules. An eligible free plan may display consent-aware advertising; paid plans may be ad-free as described at purchase.
Availability, updates and termination
We may update the app to improve security, compatibility or functionality. Support for old versions may end where reasonably necessary. You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for serious misuse, security risk or material breach, subject to applicable consumer law.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided with the care required by applicable law, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, SaaSolutions SL is not responsible for losses caused by a third-party provider, user-controlled configuration, or failure to maintain an independent backup.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable law. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before taking effect. Questions can be sent to hello@saasolution.es.
